what i did during my sem break so far...
It’s been more than 2 weeks since I’m Home :)… why time flies so fast wan??? I want to savour the moments slowly..but time is constantly ticking…:(
Just days before I came back here I asked my dance partner and daisy to have lunch with me. i brought them to an old restaurant located near the airport which serves delicious Peking duck in a reasonable price. I’m glad both of them like the food so much. I was sad at the same time cuz Kok Kin has ended his semester. he’ll be doing his internship back Pahang and go back KK for his convocation in August… why didn’t I get to know him earlier??!! Oh wait…I did see him before during my 1st sem of Spanish and he was there for the family day..only he seemed so stuck up to me which I find what’s the point of knowing this guy anyway….till flamingo dance I got to know the real him.

I laughed looking at this pic..my partner is not photogenic..he prefers to not smile.
I still remembered his exact words: ” can I forfeit in the middle if I can’t dance well?” ( translated from mandarin)
I really wanted to punch him that time..and so happen he was my partner!
Hey people take this seriously to learn and perform and u wanna back out?
Luckily he didn’t. Turns out it was his very first performance on stage and he was so afraid of making a fool of himself, not to mention embarrassing himself in front of his friends who purposely went to buy tickets to see him dance. I didn’t know till KC told me about it..
I’m proud of his effort , (well despite he almost made me fall during rehearsal and felt so bad about it and kept apologizing i told him at least he didn't make me fall flat on my face he's forgiven), he managed to wow his friends. We were the only tall couples on stage and yes flamingo dance was great!. All the best to you partner have confidence in what you do.
Sweet Daisy. She transferred from my faculty to chemical engineering as that was what she wanted initially. She’s got it all, beauty, brains not to mention fierce. Haha. She knows what she wants and worked hard for it. Although she has to study 5 years in UMS she didn’t mind as long she got the course she wanted. U see she was in Food Science for a semester and she got dean’s list and she appealed to the Dean of Engineering faculty, hoping he’ll accept her to transfer. He did accept her application but he told her she could only start with the juniors..can say that she wasted a year in Uni( except finishing all the PPIB courses) but to her it doesn’t matter, rather than continue the course she doesn’t like.
I thought there's ladies night in atmosphere but turns out there isn't this promotion anymore and only happy hour..still we wanted to just chill and have a drink.
When i flew back home, the next day Mei steal me for a night..lol
We went to a bazaar and i managed to get a good deal on the dress i'm wearing. RM37 xD.
a classic.....okok i know..me and the food..hey i was on the way back and wanted to eat the famous wantan mee in sg besi that opens only a night..of course i would wanna take pics to remember by. btw..do i look like a rich tai tai eating in a small chinese stall?? Even if i becom rich i remind myself i have to be humble..don't wanna turn into some snobby rich bitch like in Watson who is SO unconsiderate..what?? can act like that just cuz ur rich meh aunty?
sorry bout the interruption...hheheh
The next day went to eat duck rice and char siew nearby ucsi in tmn connought highway. so nice!!!
Okok although i'm a Hakka i don't know what dish is this and i've never eaten it..till Mei brought me and told me i'm definitely not a "Ho Po" Hakka..wow..i didn't know even chinese have other subdivision..When i asked grandma where did great-grandpa came from..she said " fu chow"... so i'm a Hakka-fuchow??
Oh yea,.the Rm200 belgium choc dad got from his passanger and it's all for me!!!!!!!!!!
Just that dad already ate 5 pieces of it...darn it!Then came mother's day. As always dad is not always keen into having dinner with out other relatives..Aunty and uncle are ALWAYS late and UNPUNCTUAL. Dad was grumbling as usual saying count him out for dinner the next time..that what he said before the last time.
So we went to this restaurant somewhere in the heart of KL. it was FULL HOUSE! Dad was angry alright cuz he thought there would be a table for us as mom mentioned aunty had booked the table earlier..as i went to check, apparently there are people who still haven't finish eating even after an hour. Dad became more furious..sigh..what can we do? wait for an empty table....

awaiting for the dishes.
